The first neato D3 arrived very quickly, in fact within 24 hours of ordering. It was packaged well and I was excited to get started. I am not very tech savvy, but found it was easy to connect to wifi and and neato app. I found it fascinating to watch it plot a course and zigzag it's way around my home. It did get stuck a couple of times... Read more

I’ve owned this useless thing for about a year and a half. It looked like a decent alternative to a Roomba - to which we will be returning when this finally dies. I’m half-tempted to put it out of its misery, to be frank.Where to start? Do you have a mixed-mode network (2.4GHz and 5GHz with the same network name)? Probably. Most... Read more

At first we were very enthusiastic about the robot. The connection with the app was easy to set up and after a very short loading time it was ready for use. At the beginning it bypasses every room and systematically vacuums it. Table legs and the like weren't a problem, but then unfortunately the first problems started. The... Read more

Had the Neato 2 weeks now and have had 18 cleans from it. I have to say that it works better than I expected. We've had no wifi problems at all. When I first powered the Neato up it needed to update the software, I was then asked to reconnect to the wifi, but since then it's not dropped the connection once.Neato doesn't get right into... Neato wins over Roomba - $427 difference

I bought this Neato D3 at an incredible price here on Amazon. Not sure if I just hit the right day or if it was a temporary mistake, but after a week, I went to order some accessories and it was $100 more still here on Amazon. Back in December, I had bought the iRobot Roomba 960 and returned after a month mostly because the edge sweeping... Read more

Great vacuum, even better with upgrades

This robot does its job fairly well, I would say it is a pretty close comparison to the Roomba 690. I have personally used the Neato D3, Roomba 690, Roomba 980, and Hoover Rogue. While I believe the best vacuum is the Hoover Rogue, their app is utter garbage and the robot relies on the app to do everything. DO NOT BUY THE HOOVER ROGUE!... Read more

We have two toddler boys, they are always covered in crumbs or sand or grass or dirt or dried snot which tends to end up on the carpet. I don't have time to vacuum every night, so ants and my youngest were eating the floor debris ... this wasn't ideal. Then we brought a Neato! This is probably the most expensive vacuum i will ever buy but... Read more
